Women Empowering Nations Launches
"The World They Knew Campaign"

This summer, a diverse group of 8th grade girls from North Tulsa, Oklahoma hope to participate in the Girls Leading Our World Travel Seminar and Leadership Conference hosted by Women Empowering Nations. They will travel to Casa Blanca, Morocco and Banjul, Gambia to explore North and West African cultures, tour historic sites, and participate in a girls' leadership conference with local Gambian girls. The conference will include sessions on education, social and economic justice, and global women's empowerment.

This experience will be captured in an inspiring documentary, "The World They Knew", featuring the stories, following the journey and dreams of three seminar participants. Last month, Cynthia Murga officially joined
our team as a Digital PR & Social Media Specialist! In a short amount of time, Cynthia's jumped right in and implemented social media campaigns, introduced new clients to the media and even jumped on camera for an interview with Univision. Everyone knows a PR gal must be flexible, and Cynthia truly is. Enthusiastically so.

In December of last year, Anna Perry joined our team as our Business Development Manager, taking the charge on everything from accounting, to new business and keeping our team in line;). She's been a major asset to the company, and we've quickly learned that we creatives all need someone like her on our team.
