Kells Online Investigates
Yesterday's feature on Church Lane generated plenty of interest and wheels have already been put in motion with some of the issues raised. Thanks to all those who took them time to comment and make suggestions, it proves that once a problem is highlighted it can be solved.
Today our series continues with a look at some other areas in the town

A whole corner left derelict in the centre of the town. Could the exterior walls of the old bank be painted or the windows be decorated to give the impression of an occupied building? As far back as 3 years ago The old bakery (on the right of this picture) was listed for inclusion in the Kells Art Trail project which would have seen it turned into a large scale art installation, what has happened to this proposal?
A rotting planning permission sign has been left on the wall of the historic St. Johns Cemetery for years, surely this can be removed?
A decrepit ambulance left parked in a residential estate in Kells, certainly not part of of the a new HSE rapid response unit for Kells! does anyone know who owns it? Email info@kellsonline.ie
