Shout-out for McKeesport!

The Consortium thanks McKeesport Area School District for its $1,300 contribution to our Great Idea Grants program!  In February, the district's schools all hosted "Denim Days" fundraisers for staff donations. McKeesport teachers wanted to give back after winning 210 Great Idea Grants totaling $165,000 over the program's 29-year history. Their fundraising was so successful, they're already talking about doing it again next year!

The Consortium welcomes other schools, businesses and community groups to organize their own creative fundraisers to support Great Idea Grants.
