GSSEF Winter Break Schedule
GSSEF will be closed for Winter Break: December 18, 2015 - January 3, 2016
GSSEF winter break is quickly approaching and we wanted to provide you with information regarding Council and staff availability. Both Council Service Centers, including the Retail Stores will be closed from December 18, 2015 through January 3, 2016. We will re-open on Monday, January 4, 2016. All staff will be off for the winter break.

President's Volunteer Service Award - Earn your Award for 2015
GSSEF offers the opportunity for our members to earn the President's Volunteer Service Award. This prestigious national award is given by the President of the United States and honors our members who have demonstrated a commitment to volunteer service. Adults, girls and troops can earn this award. GSSEF serves as a certifying organization for the award and the window is now open to submit your volunteer hours.

Please click here to receive instructions on how to submit your volunteer hours for 2015.

Thank You for Your Participation in the Fall Product Sale Program
This year's Fall Product Sale Program has come to an end and we'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your efforts during the sale. Everyone worked hard along with showing impressive compassion and dedication. Because of everyone's efforts, all of our Girl Scouts had a great time selling all of the Fall Products while learning and developing positive life skills they will use throughout their entire lifetime!

I Can't Wait for My Next Girl Scout Adventure!


Shout out to Troop # 10514 for participating in Camp Old Navy Job Preparedness Program. Job Preparedness is a fun, interactive and informative job shadowing program that gave the girls a chance to develop job skills and explore career opportunities.








Shout out to Troop #10054 for learning about animal safety at the Broward County Humane  Society and collecting donation items to give to the animals at the shelter. These Daisy Girl Scouts love animals and have happily completed their Girl Scout Journey - 3 Cheers for Animals.
 
  



Shout out to Troop #10507 for collecting new toys to donate to Toys for Tots during this season of giving.
