GSSEF will be closed for Summer Break: June 29 - July 5
GSSEF summer break is quickly approaching, and we wanted to provide you with information regarding Council and staff availability. Please note that both Council Service Centers (including the Council Retail Stores*) will be closed from June 29 through July 5. We will re-open on Monday, July 6.  *For your convenience, you can shop online by visiting our Online Store that is open 24/7.

 

Also, please note that staff will be off during the summer break.

2015 Fall Product Sale Program introducing My Patch Creation
Girls participating in this year's Fall Product Sale Program will be able to use their creative super powers and design their own one-of-a-kind fun giraffe patch. It's all up to the girls just how they want to customize their very own patch creation. How cool is this!

Summer Camp July and August Sessions -  Register TODAY!
Summer Camp season is here. Are you still searching for summer fun for your Girl Scout? We still have spots available for July and August!

 

Making memories are a staple of the summer months and GSSEF wants to help your girl's fun shine bright with our fun-filled weekends. We offer a little something for all age and comfort levels. Check out our camp sessions (and scoop up your participation patch!) to claim your spot before they're all gone!

  • July 24-26: Girl POWer! Weekend at Camp Welaka - Registration deadline: July 14
  • July 25-26: Be A Princess Weekend at Camp Welaka - Registration deadline: July 14
  • July 31-August 2: #FightLikeAGirl Competition Weekend at Camp Welaka - Registration deadline: July 21
  • August 7-9: Aloha to Summer Weekend at Camp Welaka - Registration deadline:  July 28

Program Spotlight   
First-ever Spooky Safari on October 17 

Get ready for the first-ever spook-tacular Spooky Safari from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 17 at Lion Country Safari. Spooky Safari is an exclusive all grade level Girl Scout program with a spooky twist. Each grade level will be able to fulfill several badge requirements too. This totally family-friendly, fun-filled day will give you plenty of thrills and chills.

 

A Spooky Safari Costume Party complete with games, DJ and cool prizes will start at 12:30 p.m. So please bring along your Halloween costume (something appropriate for all ages) for a quick change to enjoy the party.

 

The cost is only per person is $15 and includes free parking! To register online, click here. An exclusive program patch is included. Each grade level will be able to fulfill several badge requirements too. Bring SWAPS to exchange with your sister Girl Scouts! For additional information, see flier.

I Can't Wait for My Next Girl Scout Adventure!
 

Daisy Troop #21108 of the Sun Chariot Service Unit donated emergency care supplies to Friends of Foster Children of Palm Beach County, Inc. The girls chose to use proceeds from their Girl Scout Cookie Sale Program to buy the supplies that will help kids transitioning into foster care.
