school supplies and shoes.
Troop 10442 Donates Backpacks filled with School Supplies

Troop 10442 knows that their girl power can go along way in making their community a better place. This summer, the troop  from the Great Earth Service Unit, spent time filling 500 backpacks with school supplies to donate to In Jacobs Shoes. The girls have been helping them for four years now. Troop 10442  plans to return in August to help clean hundreds of gently used shoes for school children in the tri-county area.

More than Just a Day at the Beach for Troop 20011
Daisy Troop 20011 spent a day cleaning up the litter and debris they found along the beaches of Delray Beach. The girls were able to encourage and recruit 32 additional volunteers to join them in their efforts. An endorsement of the beach clean-up  was given by the city of Delray Beach too.

Duffy's Sports Grill has been a wonderful partner to Girl Scouts with our Samoa Cupcake generating more than $15,000 in donations, our Give-a-Box, Get-a Box campaign to support Cookies for the Military and our Back to Troop recruitment effort. Let's show Duffy's some love too! We will occasionally share some of their upcoming promotions that our families may be interested in. If you are able to participate in one, be sure and let them know that you are with the Girl Scouts. And send us a photo of you and your family or troop at Duffy's, or post with the #gsseflovesduffys and we will share on our Facebook and Twitter Accounts.
