Trail Dedication at Camp Telogia

Milly and John Fichera
A dedication for the new Fichera Trail at Camp Telogia in Parkland was held on Saturday, March 15. John and Milly Fichera, along with daughters Diane Doerr, Kathy Scaralia and granddaughter Leah Scaralia, were joined by Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida's CEO, Denise Valz, and Vice President of Development, P.J. Layng for the Trail dedication.

Pictured left to right: Diane Doerr, Milly Fichera, John Fichera, Kathy Scaralia, and Leah Scaralia.

John and Milly have been long-time major supporters of Girl Scouts since the 1960's when all three of their daughters' camped at Camp Telogia as members of the legacy council, Girl Scouts of Broward County. Milly was also a Girl Scout  leader and cookie mom.

John and Milly decided to make a donation to the Girl Scouts so other girls could have the same opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, fun times, and camping at Camp Telogia. Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida were honored to celebrate their generosity  and thankful for the family's commitment to Girl Scouts.
