Technology Updates

Last year we redesigned our secure provider portal, NHPNet, where we made it easier to access transactional tools such as eligibility verification. This year, we are redesigning our public website On, providers can access important information on how to do business with NHP including: payment policies, network notices, forms, and clinical guidelines. We are excited to share this new design and make it easier for you to find what you need. NHP is also launching a new secure member portal where members can access information on their plans and benefits. We will be sharing more information with you on this new design in the next few weeks.

Provider Directory

Coming soon, we look forward to sharing an enhanced online Provider Directory. In addition to a redesigned interface, the new Provider Directory will include features such as: improved search capabilities, integrated maps/directions, and easy printing options. Stay tuned for more information!
