Larry Smith-Vaniz Realty Welcomes New Sales Agent James Fox
James grew up in Canton, and graduated from Holmes Community College prior to attending and graduating from the University of Mississippi with a BBA Degree. Upon graduation from Ole Miss, James worked many years for Cole Brothers & Fox Wholesale Grocers, a family owned business. After selling his interest in the company, he worked in sales with a materials handling company, and most recently as a Logistics Manager within the wholesale paper products industry in the Jackson area.
James has been married to Susan Martin Fox since 1977. Susan is the daughter of Joe W. Martin, Sr. and Sara Jane Martin, both now deceased. Joe W. Martin, Sr. was a successful and highly respected farmer in Madison County for over 50 years. James and Susan were partners in a farming operation with Mr. Martin for several years, and during that time, James acquired valuable experience regarding farmland and agricultural practices.
As a lifelong resident of Madison County, Mississippi and as a landowner in the Central Mississippi area, with a true passion for hunting and fishing, coupled with an agricultural background, James has the knowledge and experience to effectively assist landowner clients market and sell investment and recreational properties.
Additionally, James possesses the invaluable asset of having many years of hunting experience. As the result of that experience, he is extremely knowledgeable regarding the desired aspect of deer and turkey hunting properties. That knowledge enables James to accurately identify and properly evaluate properties for Buyer clients.
