Recent News: CCA Welcomed
Charles Hinman on November 8th!
Mr. Hinman arrived and in conversational style, revealed his 2D and shaped 3D canvases from the 60's to present. We learned that his pieces have been collected by the Met and the Whitney Museums, in addition to across the U.S., Europe and Japan. His biggest influence is in Minimalist art after a time of Abstract Expressionism, DeKooning and Pollock and was partnered with Frank Stella's paintings, constructions and sculpture in the exhibition,
"Shape and Structure."

This Week: Gary Lichtenstein
November 29th
We are pleased to welcome talented screen-printer and painter, Gary Lichtenstein to Art Adventures Studio for a screen-printing tutorial.
Mr. Lichtenstein began creating original screen-prints with rock & roll poster artist Bob Fried in the 1970s when the practice was relatively new.
Mr. Lichtenstein collaborated with over 90 artists during his 35 year career, including Robert Cottingham, Charles Hinman, Gary Panter & Robert Indiana.
