SCHOOL NEWS
The three photos below (courtesy of Debbie Jacobson) are of the BI sukkah, with decorations supplied by VTT students and hung by our parent volunteers. During our construction, we are grateful to Congregation Beth Israel for sharing their sukkah with us.
Have you visited the Sukkah at the JCC? The above panel, created by a group of VTT students, adorns one of the walls. Thanks, again, to Dina Sacks for her invaluable help! Morah Lily's Sketch Club attracted a full complement of eager and artistic students. A special thank you to Avia for agreeing to be the still life for the first gathering.
Thanks for all the Flashback Friday submissions! The students in the above photo are Hodie Kahn, Steven Ludwig and Marcie Schwartzman in Grade 8 Science with Mr. Lee, z'l, during his first year at the school in 1972!
