With the new rules, by default my emails will now be sent to the tab that says "promotions" instead of "primary." To make sure that you don't miss a single issue of The Wealthy Woodpecker, all you need to do is drag this email from the promotions tab to the primary tab. A little alert will pop up, and when it does, you click "yes."

I was reading your newsletter about Hooligan Sparrow. The quote that jumped out at me was: "Beginning now, I am providing free sexual services for rural migrant workers. First of all, this is to prevent them from being caught and legally robbed by police. Secondly, this is to serve the sexual needs of the grassroots and help relieve social pressure"
When I read that line, I had an unexpected response - My heart opened up to her. I thought "finally a feminist who isn't a man-hater or thinks male sexuality is at odds with the feminine spirit".
That she understood that as simple as the needs of these migrant workers are, they're still needs and she chose to honor them is why I feel an appreciation for her. She understood them, their plight (financial and social), how the powerful urges surge through them and can alter all sorts of relationships. How many times have we heard the following: All men want to do is eat, work, "copulate" and sleep. And how many times has that truth been derided as lowbrow, unsophisticated or unenlightened? Hooligan Sparrow spits in the face of that derision as do I. The part that touches me is her sensitivity to the needs of the men. I'm also on board with stopping sexual abuse too so she gets points for that as well. Just another example of how your newsletter has unexpected results.
