IESSA Cape Town Golf Day 2014

 

     

 

The Cape Town Branch of the lllumination Engineering Society of South Africa (IESSA) and its official magazine, Vector, invite you to play, have fun and do business at this year's IESSA Cape Town Golf Day for IESSA members, and suppliers of products, systems and services to the lighting sector.

DATE: Tuesday 30 September 2014
TIME: Staggered start at 11h00, followed by a prize-giving dinner at 18h00 in the clubhouse
VENUE: Bellville Golf Club, Cape Town (see map here)
FEES: There are 36 four-balls available at R2600 + VAT per four-ball
FORMAT: Four-ball alliance, with two to count

  

The four-ball fee includes the green and caddy fees, a halfway-house "grab-and-go" lunch, and a prize-giving three-course dinner. The four-ball fee excludes golf carts which can be booked on a first-come first-served basis from the Pro-Shop (021 913-3100) at R245 including VAT.

Golfers are requested to respect the Bellville Golf Club dress code, and be at the golf course a minimum of 45-minutes before the start time in order to ensure a smooth T-off.

In addition to the 36 - four-balls, there are a number of sponsorship opportunities available for suppliers of products, systems and services to the lighting sector, and for other interested parties, including: registration desk sponsor; sponsored / branded greens / watering holes; sponsored / branded prizes for presentation at the dinner; sponsored registration desk; and lunch and dinner sponsors.

EE Publishers - the publisher of Vector magazine, the official magazine of IESSA - is handling all logistic and commercial arrangements for the golf day on behalf of IESSA. Invoices for four-balls and sponsorships will be from EE Publishers for payment within 30 days of invoice date. After the event, all net proceeds will be paid over to the IESSA.
