SAAMA Conference 2014 on asset management

The South African Asset Management Association (SAAMA) invites you to attend and participate in its three-day conference attended by physical asset management professionals from across the globe.

DATE: Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 May 2014
VENUE: Cape Town International Conference Centre

FORMAT: Monday: six workshops; Tuesday and Wednesday: 30 plenary sessions covering 39 subjects


The conference will run concurrently with the African Utility Week (AUW) conference and exhibition. SAAMA conference attendees will have free entrance to the exhibition area and the opportunity to network with delegates from AUW.

Subject matter

The conference focuses on asset management developments, methodologies, best practices and case studies through a range of conference sessions and interactive workshops. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the current asset management landscape - GFMAM, ISO 55000, PAS 55 and the 39 subjects covered. The impact of ISO 55000 and how to approach it and use it to the benefit of your organisation will be explained.
