Will Speck 5K
This Sunday, start a new Father's Day Tradition. The 9th Annual Will Speck Memorial Race is a great way to spend your Father's Day Morning while helping to support RMH Providence and Cranston High School running programs.
The race takes place at Cranston High School West Track. Registration begins at 8am, race starts at 9:30am. FREE kids races begin at 8:45am. Register online today and save! |

Lunch on the House
 Many new friends joined us for our June 5 Lunch on the House. Guests enjoyed lunch, desserts and refreshments while a listening to Patricia Flanagan, MD speak about programs at Hasbro Children's Hospital.
In addition Christine Strickland, mother of newborn twins, shared her exprience at the House and gave many reasons to get involved with RMH Providence.
Our next Lunch on the House is scheduled for August 14 at 12:30 pm. Dr. Joseph Bliss, Associate Professor at Brown Medical School will share advances in Neonatology.

Little Philanthropist
 On April 22 we received a card stating "I would like to give some of my First Holy Communion money to you (RMH Providence)". The letter was signed and sent by 8 year old Annie Quinn.
Annie first heard of the Ronald McDonald House when friends of her family stayed a few years ago. She has been interested in helping out since that time.
Congratulations on making your First Communion and for being a Ronald McDonald House "Little Philanthropist". Way to go Annie!

3rd Annual RMH Providence Celebrity Open
 On Monday July 30, join Joe Andruzzi, Jim Rice, Luis Tiant, Wayne Cashman and many more on the plush greens of Lake of Isles, Foxwoods Resort for the 3rd Annual RMH Providence Celebrity Open. This year each foursome plays on the exclusive South Course with a celebrity.
After hitting the links, join us for a Gala at High Rollers Lounge in the Grand Pequot, Monday evening at 6pm. Mingle with the celebrities while enjoying an open bar, dinner buffet, awards and silent auction.

RMH Providence offers several programs designed to help family members cope with stress. These programs are now open to the public. Join us for introductory yoga offered by Eyes of the World Yoga, Pilates, Reiki with Gail Baccelli-Major, "LUCY" the therapy Dog and Arts and Crafts for the little ones.
