Walk With Us!
Just a few steps from you will make a BIG difference. Raising pledges for the Walk to End Alzheimer's may seem like just a little thing but not only does it fund our programs and services for families but it also funds advancements in research. Register yourself and then ask a few friends to join you. Before you know it, you'll have a team! Every dollar raised and every walker helps move us closer to a world without Alzheimer's.
Live in the Twin Cities and want to help? We need you! The Twin Cities Walk To EndAlzheimer's needs hundreds of volunteers to make the event run smoothly. We have lots of fun opportunities at our new venue, Target Field. Dementia-Themed Play To Be Part Of Fringe Festival
Performing in Minneapolis for the first time at the Minnesota Fringe Festival, Nicole Maxali's "Forgetting the Details" is a poignant one woman play about losing a loved one to Alzheimer's. Described by Comedian Dave Chappelle as "funny, heartwarming and funny again," Forgetting the Details is an endearing performance piece that will make you laugh, cry and remind you that in the end, it's not the details that matter.
A portion of proceeds from the show's run will benefit the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota.
