Preston Hollow Democrats -- A panel discussion on the topic: "Beyond a Living Wage" With guest panelists: Katelyn Davis, Workers Rights Advocate, and Juan Cardoza - Oquendo, Policy Advocate, Dallas Office of the Workers Defense Project. They will discuss wage issues which workers in Dallas County, Tarrant County and the surrounding counties of the Metroplex, face because of wage theft, the failure to pay the wages due, illegal working conditions, the recent campaign in front of the City Council to win a rest break for construction workers and related issues. We will also have a presentation by Larry Duncan - President, Dallas County Schools Board of Trustees.  He will discuss the work of the Dallas County Schools.
