January Marketing Minute
We are sure enjoying the opportunity to share your unit's successes on our Facebook page. So far in 2016 we've shared about new Eagle Scouts, a unit's "Bop to the Top" climb in downtown Indianapolis as part of their training for an upcoming high adventure trip, and we have even had a few of our Eagle Scout alums share their stories about how important it was to them to become an Eagle Scout. Want to share your unit's stories? Send them to us at [email protected]! We'd love to include your news, and who knows...the national office could pick up on the story as well! (It's happened!)
With all of the upcoming Pinewood Derbies and Blue & Gold banquets and Crossover ceremonies, our inbox should be overflowing!! Show your Scouting Spirit and let us #ShareSagamoreSuccess!!

How to register multiple youth from your unit:
Lincoln Citizenship Day is set up on CampMaster as an individual registration with payment required. If you have a unit that wants to pay for everyone at once, they can call the office. Once Debbie has their credit card info for their unit account payment for the number of people they are bringing, she will give them a promo code. They will need to go into Campmaster and register the people, at the end they will enter the code instead of payment. Once they do, they need to check the box saying unit leader is paying at the office. If they check the other box it will require payment before accepting the reservation. Register via CampMaster website by February 12, 2016.

Unit Visits Available - Message from Sherry Brady
As part of my new role with Sagamore Council as the Unit Finance/Support Director, I'm available for unit visits. I can help you establish a program plan and budget, evaluate your recruitment process, provide resources to evaluate your families, answer questions about tour plans, insurance needs, adult leadership, training, and service hours, as well as establish a fundraising model to name some examples.
If your unit would like to take advantage of a unit visit or if yours is a new unit and has a group of leaders who just want to have a Q&A session, I can help. I may not have all the answers, but I'll be a great resource and will research your questions if I'm unable to answer them during our unit visit.
