Since we have officially re-branded to SITE Northeast USA our chapter has grown in more ways than one! As you know, we have branched out to include incentive travel professionals all across the northeastern seaboard by offering cutting edge events,unique familiarization trips and off-the-beaten path networking activities.
Here is a look inside the numbers:
- Chapter includes 9 states from Maine down to New Jersey, and west to Pennsylvania!
- 21% increase in member count since 1/1/16 (and this will rise by end of year!)
- 37 NEW members to SITE and our chapter in the past 6 months!

Moving and Shaking all Summer Long with Regional Events!
Education Series Continues in Philly with a focus on students!
Summer isn't over yet! Join SITE Northeast, along with other shared partners: NACE, HSMAI, PCMA, ILEA, MPI & GMIC for a legendary emerging leaders student education and networking event on Saturday, September 24th. This one day event will ensure college students and young entrepreneurs network and engage with like minded industry peers and leaders, as well as exploring many career paths available within the hospitality, tourism and meetings sector!

Dianne Devitt, creator of SenseUp training, will discuss how this concept pertains to your incentives, and how you can immediately apply new touches to influence your own events. Barbara Scofidio, Editor at Prevue Magazine, will also present a snapshot of a just-released survey by the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) showing where hotel and planner expectations converge and where they differ. SITE Global Initiatives
The SITE Foundation has partnered with J.D. Power and IMEX Group to conduct its annual SITE Index survey, a n analysis and forecast for the motivational events industry. Research examines internal and external challenges to the industry and how these factors impact the stability and growth of our market, addressing behaviors of buyers and supplier partners, providing leading indicators for future trends. We invite you to participate in this year's survey. The survey only takes 10 minutes and provides valuable information for you and for the industry. The deadline to complete the survey is September 2nd, 2016!

Young Leaders Update
The SITE Northeast YL's were at it again, but this time in the borough of BROOKLYN for the Taste of Brooklyn! Over 30 young leaders descended on the borough on a warm summer night tasting delicious culinary delights, networking and discovering the new venues and incentive caliber spaces of this unique NYC neighborhood.
