Eating 101
Christie's registered dietition, Debra D'Angelo will be teaching this eight week class open to our maintenance dieters starting April 2nd and going through May 28th (no class may 21st.)  This will be located at Christie on Windsor.  It is Ok if you sign up a week or two late!  For more information, e-mail Debra at [email protected].

REMINDERS
We would like to remind our dieters of the importance of planning ahead.  This is one of the keys to being successful with the program.  Keep bars and shakes at your office and chopped up veggies in your fridge ready to go.  This way you're always prepared if you get into a pinch!
HAVE YOU TRIED...
Turning your potato puree into bread?  Add just enough water so that it is mixed and then cook in the skillet just like a pancake.  This "pancake" makes a great bread for sandwiches or can be a taco shell.  Yum!
MAINTENANCE
 
We now have a liquid meal replacement for our maintenance dieters.  The largest study ever done on obesity in North America revealed that dieters who used one liquid meal replacement a day were significantly more successful!  Try one today!
