UPDATE: Transformations is now open on Fridays from 8am to 3pm and Saturdays from 9am to Noon.  You are welcome to pick up product
at these times.
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, and also the 23rd and 24th.
 Soon we will send out new holiday recipes that involve the IP foods so that you can stock up before the hoildays come on the products you'll need for the recipes.  We hope that you will 
BE PREPARED to keep the weight OFF through this challenging time with help and support from your health coach and family members.

Thanksgiving Potluck at Windsor (any phases)

Join us for a Phase 1 friendly Thanksgiving Potluck at the Christie on Windsor. Bring a phase 1 friendly dish for all to share.  Be sure to also bring the recipe so we can share our recipes in the clinic!  Talk to your health coach for more information

Packet Exchange
We have a basket available in our waiting area to exchange packets you no longer eat.
If you do not see it out, please ask a front desk staff member.  For your convenience we are using this method of packet exchange.  The staff will rotate the packets in the baskets from time to time. 
*Premades will not be available in the basket.  
 
You may also bring packets to the Transformers meeting to switch with others, or network on facebook.

"Some of you may be having struggles with the scale.  If I may give you a little hint to my success... I have been on Ideal Protein now for 76 weeks as of today with a total loss of 199lbs. My average has been 2.64lbs a week. I have had small losses, and some GAINS for no reason at all. I don't eat any different, always the same and I still gained. Your body will release the weight when it wants too, don't get fixated on that number on the scale. Go by the way you FEEL and the way your clothes fit. You may be losing inches where we don't measure so when you think you haven't lost anything, trust me, you HAVE. Be patient, BELIEVE in yourself and in the program...IT WORKS!!
