 Setting GOALS 
We all know that setting goals is important. This month we'd like to encourage you to write down two new goals that you have for the month. These goals can be trying a new vegetable, increasing water intake or finding a buddy to exercise with. Talk with your health coach about goals that you would like to set.  
Packet Exchange Times
Want to exchange some of those puddings or soups you have in your cabinet?
Come on June 5th at 12:15pm or June 6th at 5:30pm to exchange packets with other members. This will be an open time for approximately 30 minutes held here at Transformations.
