Transformations Special Event
Thank you to those of you who were able to attend the special event at the I Hotel. 
 
We celebrated with over 150 past, present, and future dieters, as well as friends and family members who were at the March 29th event. Guest speaker, Bob Grantham, addressed various aspects of the Ideal Protein diet. He touched on the importance of following the protocol and the success that comes from it. We also celebrated the achievements of all of our dieters! We hope that you enjoyed the presentation and feel recomitted to your decision towards becoming a healthier you.

Anti-Oxidant Sale.
 
The Anti-Oxy supplement will be on sale through the month of April. The original price of this optional supplement is $32.70 and will be discounted at $10 off. It is good for all Transformations members to use, especially those with inflammatory conditions. Be sure to talk to your health coach if this is something you're interested in.   Are you participating in a Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon event?
 
You may see your Health Coach at the race right along side you!
Christy, Gerry, and Megan will be running the 5k; Michelle will be paticipating in the 5k and 10k. Ashley and our Nurse Practitioner Cheryl Mangers will be running the half marathon. Dr. Walker will be a commentator for the race.
  
If you are interested in walking or running one of the races, click on the link Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon to find more information. We ask that you please fill out a slip at the front desk to let us know that you'll be partaking in one of the races. 
We currently have 19 Transformations members who have
signed up for one of the events   
 
*Remember that cardio activity in long duration is not recommended on the regular  Phase 1 diet. Talk to your health coach if you're interested in doing one of the races. You can also get involved by volunteering!
