Aries  (March 21 - April 19) 

The news may come as unexpected but that may be a wonderful surprise. With Uranus in Aries, just about anything can happen especially Aries. As the planet of rebellion falls into a direct connection with Jupiter you may see sudden shifts in your household environment as outside influences force a shift. 

A particularly emotional conversation may take place that involves the house and home. Bear in mind that conversations can clear the air and they do have their place and value in any relationship. You may not see eye-to-eye with the day-to-day of the family and that requires you take steps to rectify the situation.         

By week's end you may be having a serious discussion about your daily work schedule. You may have to come to terms with a new routine that asks more of you than you may have initially thought. By the same token you may relish the change and see it as a chance to step into a whole new direction.        

If you are experiencing big career developments you may expect growth and abundance as by-products. The surprises of this event may come about from the role of your significant other. So while you may be transitioning to a larger role, your partner may be getting the short end-of the stick. This may surprise you.     

Your opinions may not be requested by your family members, but they may be heard nonetheless. You may have a rather stern or strict view that can stir up emotions. Despite how your views are interpreted you may be hard to budge when it comes to exerting yourself. Tread carefully; remember diplomacy.

This may be a week where you spend considerable time reviewing contracts, perhaps even to the point of re-writing or re-negotiating the terms of the deal. While this may appear as a set-back you may be able to learn quite a bit as well. If the outcome saves you and your reputation, it will be worth it.       

Group gatherings may prove to be quite demanding, but also beneficial, ultimately. Hard work does yield good results and you know that better than most. If you are involved with financial arrangements you may have to set the record straight before you go further. Those conversations may be a bit sticky, but necessary.

Job responsibilities may be weighing on you, but talking it out may be the best solution. If you held a meeting with co-workers would you be able to come away satisfied? The hardest part may be acknowledging the elephant in the room. Start a new pattern and see if that sets a different tone.
