About Chris
ChrisFlisherAstrologer

Chris Flisher has been a student of astrology ever since he had his first chart done at age 20. At the time, a perfect stranger asked him his astrology coordinates (birthdate /place /time) and within a few days he had the most amazingly accurate account of himself that he had ever read; delivered by a person who had no previous knowledge of him.
Since then he has spent years researching, understanding, and practicing astrology. Much like medicine, astrology is a practice and a deep complex science/art requiring years of experience and research. Astrologers must work with both scientific data and intuition.  Chris was recently awarded a "Top Ten Astrologers" award and is celebrating his seventh continuous year of broadcasting as the host of the weekly radio show, "Turning Of The Wheel" on Contact Talk Radio.

This weekly newsletter provides the forecast by sign for the coming week.  Astrology has suffered over the years through the common newsprint versions.   When your delve further and learn your Rising sign (a.k.a ascendant) you will increase the accuracy of your information dramatically.  To learn your Rising sign you simply need to enter the date, place and time of your birth.  Click here to learn your Rising sign
Once you know both your Sun sign and your Rising sign you should read both passages each week.  You should memorize your Rising sign and understand it as much as you do your Sun sign.  I guarantee you will be well-prepared for the week to come.  Astrology is about themes; not specifics.  Try it out!  Forward to a friend (PLEASE) Let me know your thoughts.  Learn more about astrology here->

Week of January 27, 2014

This week holds a lot of activity as Venus finally stations direct and begins to move in forward motion after 6 weeks of retrograde motion. It will take some time for Venus to move back over the area that she covered in her reverse motion, so this is called the shadow period and, although not as noticeable as the actual retrograde......learn more

 Aries  (March 21 - April 19)

A mixed bag awaits you this week as Jupiter and Pluto oppose each other across your career and family sectors. So while you may find success or forward motion, it may not be exactly what you had in mind. This may be a delicate balancing act for you so try and maintain your composure.

 Taurus (March 21 - April 19)
You may dreaming big and trying to figure out your next move, and yet you seem to bump into road-blocks. Some obstacles may be subconsciously self-imposed and they require a long, hard second look to see if you are acting in your own best interest. Set your sights on constructive outlets.
A certain amount of potential may exist, but you may find yourself unable to act on it. Either time or distance may become obstacles as you try and wield your power from afar. Familial and elder-care topics may crowd your screen as you try and determine what is right with what is possible.

You may be willing to express your feelings about your partner, but are you certain about your opinions? What may appear as a good move, may in fact, be just the opposite. Sometimes the devil you know is actually better than the one you don't. You might want to wait a bit before acting.

Complex arrangements may test your abilities as you try and juggle daily activities with overdue, or long-standing commitments. As a result, your daily work habits and schedules may be disrupted as you try and finish a series of tasks before you launch into another. You may feel pulled in opposing directions.

You may be eager and ready to collaborate with co-workers and friends, yet the collective energy may be missing or ill-conceived. This may simply be a time to mull over ideas a little longer until something begins to gel, or you may have to find new or different outlets for this type of creativity.

How can you be in two places at once? Short answer: you can't. You may feel great potential and a even stronger desire to be in and around family and your home, but your work calls and you may feel compelled to reply. This may pose a delicate balance for you as you try and accommodate both.

Distance and time may present themselves as hurdles as you try and connect from afar. You may be involved in a web-based training session that promises more than it delivers and you may face a chasm of potential and opportunity offset by a missing connection. The promise of delivery may seem fraught with confusion.

Financial schemes may come to a head as you try and leverage one account versus another. This may feel like a shell game where you borrow from one to pay another in what could be a rather consuming and confusing set of arrangements. Simple may be better, if you can find that.

The method for connecting with your partner may be in a new and flexible state and that may require some adjustments on your part. How far you are willing to bend may be the most basic question as you try and figure out what the future holds for you together. Is it worth the effort?

A real test may await you as you try and decide the best route forward. Do you put more into your daily work or do you hold back and shift directions? This complexity may be a bit unsettling, but it may allow you to seek alternative plans. Can you envision another way?

 Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
Working with others may hold great promise for you. The trick may come when you try to get all the parties to talk the same language. Unexpected monetary topics may pop up that eases the discussion considerably. Collectively collaborating may be a bit of a challenge, but the outcome may be well worth it.
