As we approach the Chinese New Year we say goodbye to the year of the Water Dragon and embark on the forthcoming year of the Water Snake. This cycle draws its meaning from the presence of Jupiter as it makes the entire zodiacal journey over the course of twelve years; touching each sign for roughly one year. Since Jupiter is the largest planet in our cosmic neighborhood we can expect big things to happen from its presence. Now that this mighty planet has stationed direct in Gemini and has begun to move forward we can expect to see action, expansion, and great potential come to light. Since the Gemini neighborhood is that of communication we can expect strong talk, new initiatives, and perhaps a vision as we point our sights on the future.

You may see a real emphasis on your verbal or written skills this week. This could be a very opportune time for starting new projects that involve your ability to learn, write, communicate, and investigate. Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
This may be an excellent time to extend your financial reach. This theme could indicate investments, an increase in your revenue stream, or a dedicated search for more in the way of income.
