As Mars moves into a conjunction with Pluto in Capricorn we can expect intensity to heighten. Mars and Pluto are both powerful for initiation and change on their own. Yet, when they join forces you can imagine what sorts of events tend to occur. Together they rule the sign of Scorpio which will put them into a generally harmonious alignment to authoritative Saturn as he moves through the early degrees of that sign. The theme generally speaks to action and accountability. It may feel like this; "Well you said you were going to act, so let's see what you got." The feeling may escalate as the Moon aligns with Uranus at 5 degrees Aries and lights the fuse, so to speak. This may erupt in a moment of accountability and action that leaves a lasting impact. Again that theme, of "put your money where your mouth is," kind of tone.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)
All of your efforts this week may be entirely focused on your career. Perhaps you bump into someone who can open doors for you and the opportunity seems filled with promise. Pursuing this may seem perfect but move with caution. Be wise and wait for Mercury to cooperate during late December. Patience, Aries, patience.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Education and adventurous pursuits may pave the way for new opportunities so be prepared to transition into something bigger and better. Perhaps things look different these days now that you have had some time to distance yourself from distraction. This should be great for setting new goals, but wait for end of December. This should be an excellent week to collaborate and lay down some plans with your business associates. It would be wise to simply get your thoughts out on the whiteboard and then wait until your ruling planet, Mercury heads in the right direction in late December. Brainstorming is great, but wait to act. Cancer (June 22 - July 22)
Dear Cancer you have great potential for change in and around your career. Surprisingly it may also involve your significant other at the same time. Are you in line for promotion but it means moving away? Are you suddenly able to work from home shifting the dynamics there? Look for the connection.
Leo (July 23 - August 22) Don't be surprised if you are airport-bound as health matters require you to travel and seek advice. You may be offering help to an aging relative or bringing your knowledge on the road for others to absorb. Either way you may find yourself moving a bit to help and advise others. Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
An outsider may be looking to step in and add some support to your creative projects. This could be the necessary boost you have been longing for the last few months. Your slow methodical detail work may begin to garner the attention it so deserves. Don't be too humble this time. Toot your horn. Libra (September 23 - October 22)
A family shift may find you looking at things much differently. Maybe you decide to open up your home to a sibling or other relative. Your partner may not be as ready as you to shake things up so you may expect some surprise events this week. Move slowly and postpone until late December. Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)

The current theme favors you being an assertive and formidable player so be sure to take advantage. If you have strong opinions you may feel obligated to vent them, especially with family members regarding domestic issues. Timing is important so hold that thought until late month. This should be an ideal time to lay out plans with business partners. The planning process is just that. Don't act until you have more time to mull things over.
