March 8th Right of Candidacy

Our seminarian, Jarlath Quinn, will be ordained a deacon on May 17th of this year.

Before this blessed occasion, he will receive Candidacy, the final step before his diaconate ordination. Bishop David O'Connell has decided he would like to confer this rite on Jarlath at St. Catharine Parish, where he has ministered over the last several months. All are welcome to attend and be a part of this special event on Sat., March 8 at the 5:00 pm Mass.

Volunteers Needed: March 13 Luncheon
St. Catharine Parish will be hosting a festive St. Patrick's Day luncheon on the 13th, 11:00 am-2:00 pm for residents of local nursing homes.

If you would like to help serve, please call Annie at 732-946-4099.
Family Fun on March 21
The winter is almost over, so it's the perfect time to join the St. Catharine Parish family to watch Disney's Frozen. On Friday, March 21, we'll transform the Fr. Scheg Center into a movie theater for a family-friendly evening of movie-watching, pizza and friends. Please RSVP to [email protected] or 732-264-8920. Details to follow.
