Barnes & Nobles Book Fair!
Saturday, May 17th & Sunday, May 18th
Ready for summer? Stop by Barnes and Noble this weekend and pick up the VFMS required summer reading titles. Students entering 5th and 6th grade in the fall of 2014 will all be reading one book this summer: Half a Chance by Cynthia Lord. Students entering 7th and 8th grades in the  fall of 2014 will be reading two books: Touch Blue by Cynthia Lord and Okay for Now by Gary Schmidt. Stop by Barnes and Noble on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th during normal store hours, and pick up a copy during the VFMS PTO sponsored Book Fair. The VFMS PTO receives a portion of the proceeds from all sales for the two days. Fliers with the Book Fair voucher will be sent home a few days before the event, or mention the VFMS Book Fair to the book seller at check out if you do not have the voucher.
