Earn a Homeroom Pizza Party!
Hey Valley Forge Middle School! What do Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Long, Mr. Kilby and Mrs. Timmins all have in common? Their homerooms all earned pizza parties last year. How can your homeroom earn a pizza party? Pennies for Patients campaign starts Monday January 6 and will last for 3 weeks. Each homeroom in each grade that donates the most money will earn a pizza party. Though it's called Pennies for Patients, all denominations of money are accepted.
Start emptying those pockets and dump that change into the box located in your homeroom. All proceeds go to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. Checks are accepted and are tax deductable! Make the check out to LLS.
Last year, Valley Forge donated over $3000 to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. Let's try and beat that!!
Is there a pizza party in your future?

Hey 5th and 6th graders. Do you like to Bowl? Here is your chance to hang out with your friends after school and show off your ability to knock down those pins. The VFMS Student Council is hosting a 5th and 6th grade bowling party. It will be on Thursday January 23rd from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. at the Devon Lanes. Here is what you need to do. First, get a permission slip. These will be available in several locations. They will be on the counter in the main office, on the counter in room 118, and on the shelf under the bulletin board in the Student Council Corner. Then have your parents fill out the form. Then bring the filled out permission slip, and $10.00 for the ticket, to the Student Council Corner in the morning before school. Your $10.00 will get you free bowling for 1½ hours. Buses will take you from school to the lanes, but you are going to need to get a ride home at 4:30. There is limited space at the lanes, so tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Tickets will be available in the morning in the Student Council Corner. Please bring in your completed permission slip, and $10.00 to get your ticket.
