Ten-year-old Luna wants to tell you her story ... and she will share it at the Faces of Hope Celebration on May 9. So, I wonīt spoil it for you now.
But I can reveal that Luna and her parents have thrown their energy into ACLAMO activities, and how ACLAMO teachers and tutors have helped her, and that Lunaīs last report card was straight Aīs. When you hear Lunaīs story, you will have yet another reason to join in our celebration of the progress our students and their families have made over the past year! If you have not responded to the INVITATION to the Faces of Hope Celebration, there are still seats available. Please RSVP by return e-mail. We hope you will be able to join us!
But if you arenīt able to come to Faces of Hope, your financial support is still crucial to our maintaining our current programs. And if you can give generously, we may even be able to expand our programs to accept some of the many families who are now on our waiting lists!
If you are not able to attend Faces, please make a ONE-TIME GIFT or you may join those on the Board of Directors and others who have become AMIGOS DE ACLAMO by committing to making a monthly donation. If 100 of us are able to find $20 or more in our monthly budgets, it will provide a minimum of $24,000 to insure that ACLAMO can continue to maintain existing programs - and perhaps even accept more applicants.
