Happy Doors Open Toronto!

 

What a great way to open our doors today .... we are presenting a sneak preview of our inaugural Emerging Artists Program's first production, the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee production by William Finn. 

 

Today at the Artscape Wychwood Barns (AWB), No Strings Theatre's Emerging Artists will be in rehearsal and visitors will be invited to have a blast participating as one of our audience volunteer Spellers!

 

Times are 11:15 am and 12:15 pm
Discount Coupons for shows and programs will be available.

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is the inaugural production of the new No Strings Theatre Emerging Artists Program. This exciting musical--which comes to life with hilarious comic improvisation and audience participation--is a perfect first project for this group of emerging professional theatre artists, ages 21 to 30. The performers and creative team are producing the show with the support of a team of experienced industry mentors, including Kate Carver, Susan Cuthbert, William Shookhoff, and Denise Williams.  

 

Join us in routing for these six young spellers with a take-no-prisoners ambition to compete against each other -- and members of the audience -- for the coveted title of "Champion"!  Terrific music and a nail-biting plot - this is a show you would not want to miss!
