Messages from Mrs. Kunze
The BMX Bike show for magazine sales is this Friday, Nov. 21st, at 1pm. The event will be outside, so students will want to bring a jacket. See the PTSO section below for more details.
Tomorrow, Saturday, November 15th, is the last day to purchase a yearbook for $35. After Nov. 15th, yearbooks will continue to be sold online through December 12th for $45. Yearbooks MUST be ordered online this year. We will not have extra yearbooks in May to sell. To order please visit www.yearbookordercenter.com and use code 359.
We are having a problem with students staying after school for a club meeting or extra help, but not being picked up on time. If an event is over at 3pm and you can not be there at 3pm, then your child should not stay. Children can not sit in the office or outside unsupervised waiting for their ride. The school is responsible for students staying after school and we do not have personnel to supervise them. The punch card through Beyond the Bell is available for $300 for 20 visits, plus the $75 registration fee.
The NJHS Induction for 7th & 8th graders is this Thursday, Nov. 20th, at 6:30pm in the auditorium. I apologize, but I left the list of new inductees at school, so I will post the names in next Friday's Raider Rap.
Exam Schedule- PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR
The quarter exams will be administered December 16th through the 19th. It is very important that your child is present for these exams. Make-up exams will be administered in the afternoon of Friday, December 19th and when we return from the Winter Break in January.
The exam schedule is...
Tuesday, Dec. 16th - exams in Silver 2 & Silver 3
Wednesday, Dec. 17th - exams in Black 2 & Silver 4
Thursday, Dec. 18th - exams in Black 3 & Black 4
Friday, Dec. 19th - exam in Skinny & make-up exams

Volunteer Information
|
Every year we have a Holiday Store for students to purchase gifts for family members for the holidays using Raider Bucks. The store is open during lunch in December. Some of the items are new, but most are gently used items that have been donated. The students really enjoy the Holiday Store and like the excitement of being able to purchase a gift for a parent or sibling without anyone knowing, so it is a complete surprise.
If you wish to donate items, we will take Christmas mugs, Christmas plates, nice dishes, ornaments, jewelry, candles, hand soap/lotion, ties, purses, books, team paraphernalia, toys, etc - basically, anything that you don't want. We are always in need of gifts for dads. As you are cleaning closets or getting ready for the holidays, please donate your items to us. You can bring items in at any time and give them to Cynthia Casper in guidance.
Volunteers Needed
The Holiday Gift Shop will be opening soon and volunteers will be needed to help with "setting up the store"! A SignUp Genius will be going out in November to ask for help with set up, running and cleaning up of the store.
Proctors Needed
In December the students will be taking District Assessment Exams. There are many days needed for proctors to assist in monitoring students. The SignUp Genius will go out with the Holiday Store request. It will be advertised shortly.
