Now entering its 6th year, First Coast Fall Ball League (FCL) is one of the most established and complete girls lacrosse leagues in the southern U.S. The philosophy of the league is simple: Help players take their games to the next level and provide quality playing experiences with certified officials, college players, college coaches and area high school coaches providing structure! MBA Baseball Academy
So Football Season is going to be winding down in a month and your school schedule is back on track. It is now time to start thinking about Baseball Season, regardless of league or travel ball affiliation in the Spring, even if you are currently playing in a Fall program or on a team We are introducing a new concept here in the St. Augustine area that has been successful in the Daytona/Orange City area for a few years, The Melendez Baseball Academy (MBA). The MBA is dedicated to developing players of all age groups.
MBA has designed and implemented a program that works in conjunction with your current baseball program, and if you are not currently playing baseball, but will in the spring, this program is for definitely for you. The coaching staff at MBA has MLB or Collegiate playing / coaching experience and has a proven record in the baseball community. Last year The MBA Pride's 12U team won a National Championship and the MBA Pride's 10U won a State Championship. The MBA is dedicated to developing players of all age groups. The MBA staff strives to help athletes reach their potential as ball players regardless of their ability, and teach them the necessary life skills that will help them become successful young men and women on and off the field.
The 2011 Fall Academy will run from October 2-December 18 not including Thanksgiving week, twice a week. Totaling 22 on-field academy days. The cost is $10.00 per Academy practice.

This is a recreational, no-contact version ofFlag Football, no professional players allowed. Two divisions; upper "SPICE", lower "SUGAR". Creeks Athletic Association - Flag Football Cost: $140 Where: Plantation Park, St Johns, Florida When: Season Runs November 2011 - February 2012 CAA Flag Football is for players 4 as of April 2011 up to the age of 17. Teams will have one scheduled practice during the work week, and one scheduled practice during the weekend. Once games have started there will be only one practice held during the work week. The CAA Flag Football season will run from November 2011 through February 2012. Team Drafts will be held October 17-18. Games will start December 3rd with the final playoffs in February 3rd. There will be a two week, single elimination tournament during the final two weekends of the season. Important Dates: Draft Dates are scheduled for October 17, 18, 19 & 20th at Veterans Park. Time frames for individual age brackets will be posted at the conclusion of registration. Mandatory Coaches Meeting October 25th location TBD Referee Meeting October 27 & 28th at Veterans Park. A "Family Fun Time" will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for children and parents. The event will include a treasure hunt, re-enactors and story telling, face painting, planetarium tours and a healthy lunch. Tickets are $25 per family (limit 6 per family - $5 for each extra family member) and each ticket includes lunch and all activities. In the evening, a "Grown-ups Groovin' and Cruisin' Time" will be from 6 to 9:30 p.m. the same day and location. Admission to the event is $50 per person (for ages 21 and older) and pricing includes food, drinks, and all entertainment.
