Vegas, Baby!

May 20, 2015

If we build it, they will come.

If we staff it, they'll have fun.

Please look and see all we do,

and pick a shift right for you!

Last year ....

3,325+ volunteer hours went into setting up and staffing last year's big event

282 set-up shifts were filled, collectively working 2,700+ hours to transform IRHS into last year's "Imagine This, Imagine That" event

191 event-night shifts were filled by 161 different volunteers hosting last year's event throughout graduation night

Volunteer Info

Volunteers that have a graduating senior need to have their graduates sign this "Senior Parent Permission Form." The signed form needs to be returned to the school office or handed in at volunteer orientation.

We ask volunteers to attend a 30-minute, general orientation --- either Wednesday, May 13 at 7pm in the IRHS library lecture room, or Saturday, May 16 at 9am in the IRHS gym foyer.  Volunteers in the Casino are asked to stay longer to receive casino-specific training (e.g. the details on official game rules and the awarding of pay outs.)

When you come for your shift please park in the student parking lot and check-in. During set-up check in is at the gym foyer. On event night, it is at the volunteer hospitality room located in the hall behind the gym, on the southwest corner of the gym building.

Food and beverages will be provided to energize volunteers.
