100% of the proceeds from Friday's Oro Valley Cup are put to work keeping graduates at IRHS, CDO and Amphi high schools safe and sober on their graduation night.

This day at El Conquistador Country Club is the largest fundraiser for Project Graduation, an extraordinary all-night event that draws brand new graduates together, off the roads, for a drug and alcohol free celebration they can remember for the rest of their lives.

If you are thinking, "Heck, yes, this is important-- let's make it happen" then chose to either:
Contact Greg Fitzgerald at 520-461-0941 or Jim Miller at 520-400-3498 if you have question.

Jump in! If you think it is important to keep kids safe and sober, off community roads and having an extraordinary graduation night they can remember for the rest of their lives, then skip your usual work for awhile to fill a volunteer shift at this Friday's Oro Valley Cup or register as a golfer. Want to help from your office? Donate items to be raffled/auctioned, and/or sponsor the event.

Last year the Oro Valley Cup tournament raised approximately $33,000 for Project Graduation, with each school (IRHS, CDO, Amphi High) receiving a much needed  $11,000 for their all-night event.

A range of support is still needed from the community to duplicate (and hopefully exceed) last year's success at this years' joint fundraiser on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 at the Hilton El Conquistador Country Club in Oro Valley.
  • Volunteers-Entirely dependent on volunteers, many hands are needed on Friday Feb 6th. See this volunteer sign-up for open shifts.
  • Golfers - Our goal is 200 golfers ($150/golfer, includes food and other goodies). See this registration form.
  • Sponsorships - All levels of monetary support welcome. Existing sponsor levels can be tailored. See this sponsor document.
  • Donations for the raffle and silent auction bring added excitement (and needed funds).  Gift cards and golf related items are great for raffle prizes.  Vacation stays and unique items/packages have been really popular silent auction items in the past. Last minute donations appreciated. See this donation form.

Project Graduation is a 501(c)3 entity so donations may be tax deductible along with a portion of the golf fees.
