Volunteer Orientation
Tonight at 7pm in the Library Lecture Hall (or, if you prefer, Saturday @ 9am in Gym)
We ask volunteers to attend one of two general orientations. Please choose the date convenient for you. Orientation takes 30 minutes. Volunteers in the Casino are asked to stay after the orientation to receive casino-specific training (e.g. the details on official game rules and the awarding of pay outs.)

Big Gaps in Volunteer Coverage for Next Tuesday's Event Night
If more volunteers do not sign up ASAP to work the second shift we will have to pay the casino vendor an additional $1500.
Forgoing a few hours of sleep can make a big difference for our kids on this memorable night. To keep all the activities open all night and to maintain a safe environment, we need to fill all the shifts.
Sign up for a shift and forward this to your contacts with a note encouraging them to lend a hand with you.

Thanks to everyone who donated to the scholarship ticket fund! (but we still need more...)

$520 Short of Scholarship Tix Goal
We've made a lot of progress raising scholarship tickets funds these past couple weeks. However, we are still 8 tickets away from fully funding all 39 scholarship tickets to give out for the event next week. 8+: Number of still unfunded scholarship tickets $65: Price of a Project Grad ticket
$520+: Dollars we still need added to the scholarship fund to cover scholarship ticket prices and keep this an accessible, safe, and incredibly memorable event for all our new grads
Donate now.... here's how. Money donated to the scholarship fund is only used to cover scholarship ticket costs. Please consider donating right now. Also, please give Christine, our tickets coordinator, the name of scholarship candidates you are aware of. |

Prize Car Unveiling
On May 9th the Seniors got a good look at the 2000 Hyundai Sonata (low miles on it) that will be given away as a grand prize at the event. In the above picture our PG Event Chair, Joyce Contrades, is showing it off!
A HUGE thank you to the following business for their generous donations: Jim Click (Auto Dealer), Caliber Collision (Paint & Body), Big O Tires Oro Valley (Custom Wheels), The Specialists (Window Tinting), and Lefty's (Custom Graphics).
