Items Needed
Consider donating the holiday gifts that you received and likely will not use. We give prizes of varied amounts to the graduates at the event (they love gift cards). We also need raffle items ($25+) and silent auction items($100+) to raise money at the OV Cup fundraiser.

Help Us! Oro Valley Cup - Friday Feb 7th
We Need Your Help!!!!!!
 The annual Oro Valley Cup golf tournament has always served as the largest fundraiser for Project Graduation. And this year we need to raise at least $16,000 MORE than last year's golf tournament because we did not host a fall fundraiser. If this year's golf tournament is unsuccessful, graduates across our school district will be negatively impacted. Proceeds are shared equally between the Project Graduation celebrations at IRHS, CDO and Amphi high schools.
Success depends on community participation-that means you and the people you know. We strive to hold a quality event where 200 participants enjoy a challenging game of golf, the opportunity to win fabulous raffle and silent auction items, and a delicious meal at the Hilton-Tucson El Conquistador Golf Club. The festivities take place on February 7th, just a handful of weeks from now.
Help us register golfers! We need a LOT more people to come out and enjoy the day. Warm sun, fun course, and beautiful cause -- this is a great way to spend the first Friday in February. (Raytheon family/friends, please note this is Raytheon's off day.) If you know any golfers, please forward this registration form ($150 per golfer and $600 per foursome), direct them to our website where they can register online (www.ovcup.com) or contact Greg Fitzgerald at ovcup@yahoo.com.
Help us gather donations and sponsors! We are a 501(C)3 non-profit organization looking for corporate sponsors, silent auction items, raffle prizes, and goodie bag items. Prizes and auction items can be gift cards to stores or restaurants, sports memorabilia, jewelry, purses, time share resort trips-let your imagination run wild. Goodie bags items can be sunglasses, magnets, lip balm, sun screen-think fun trinkets that companies sometimes give to their customers. Please contact Greg if you can donate any items.  T-Shirt Logo Contest - Deadline 2/5
 What design should we put on this year's "Imagine This, Imagine That" T-shirt? All IRHS seniors, regardless of artistic abilities, are invited to submit original artwork.
Who can enter: Any IRHS Senior.
Format accepted: Accepted formats include JPG, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PDF or hand drawn on an 8½ x 11 inch paper.
Requirements: A front pocket-sized logo and a main, larger logo for the back of t-shirt. Your design must include the following: "Imagine THIS, Imagine THAT", "IRHS Project Graduation", and "2014" or "Class of 2014". All designs will be printed on a white t-shirt. Please limit your design to no more than 4 colors.
Deadline: Wednesday, February 5th (end of the school day)
Where to submit entries: At the IRHS front office.
Voting: Seniors only the week of February 24th in Senior English Classes and outside the Front Office during lunch periods.
Winner: Will be announced Friday, March 7th.

Sign up to attend PGA tournament - Feb 18 and/or Feb 20
 Watch professional golfers in action for free while raising money for IRHS Project Grad. Work a concession stand shift at the Accenture Match Play (in Marana at Dove Mountain Ritz Carlton) on Tuesday February 18th and/or Thursday February 20th (during Rodeo Break). Students are encouraged to sign up with a parent(s). Here is the sign-up sheet. Email Joyce Contrades for more information.

Join Kathy Odenkirk (297-2584) and others in the PG Loft (stairs behind the gym). They will be there from 9am-1pm.
