What is Included in the Background Reports You Receive?

Anyone working in a Human Resources role knows how the landscape for background checks is ever changing. In an effort to stay compliance driven and provide you the client with the best information you can use we are making your reports "Top Notch". Beginning immediately your reports will include the information listed below. Eide Bailly will also no longer be reporting dismissed cases after careful consideration of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidance.

Driving requests will include 3 years of records.
Criminal searches will include Felony and Misdemeanor convictions and pending cases for the last 7 years.
Federal searches will include 7 years of records.
Excluded Parties, Health and Human Services and National Sex Offender Registry will include 7 years of records.

Announcing BIRS Dashboard

We are excited to announce the addition of the BIRS dashboard on the login page. You will find this on the upper left hand side under My Results. It is a one click access to your completed, not viewed, and archived reports to name a few. If you have any questions on using this new feature please contact one of the background specialists.
