Generational Differences in the Non-Profit Workplace
By: Rob Leslie, CPA
Each individual's upbringing can influence their mindset and approach to work. Non-profits, in particular, have to be in-tune with staffing needs in order to attract and retain talent, and develop thoughtful succession plans. Our Phoenix office recently hosted a seminar to discuss these differences and the ways in which we overcome them to create cohesion and understanding in the non-profit workplace. The full 75 minute discussion can be viewed on Eide Bailly's YouTube channel.

A month later, here are a few of the lessons that still have us thinking: Lessons Learned
We also had some social time during the conference! Thanks to our great friends who joined us for dinner at Pulpo!
