INTERNATIONAL TRADE CONFERENCES

     logo

The U.S. Commercial Service Minnesota, in cooperation with the Minnesota District Export Council (DEC), is organizing two international trade conferences this spring in Minneapolis, MN. Both conferences are great opportunities for U.S. companies focused on growing internationally and expanding their knowledge and contacts.

The first conference, "Access the Western Hemisphere" (April 23-24, 2013), will concentrate on markets in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada.

The second conference, "Gateway to Europe" (June 4-5, 2013), will focus on markets in Western, Central, and Eastern Europe, including Russia and Turkey.

The U.S. Commercial Service organizes four such regional events each year (the Asia Pacific and Africa/Mideast conferences are the other two events). So it is an achievement for Minneapolis to have been selected to host two of these four conferences.

These are premier U.S. business conferences focused on international trade and exports that attract business and government leaders in international sales, strategy, and policy. With over 300 attendees expected, these conferences will provide opportunities to get advice on current challenges and opportunities, and learn about market conditions abroad. Attendees will also benefit from one-on-one consultations with 35 Commercial Diplomats based in U.S. Embassies in the region.
