What grandparents, parents and kids say about play

Experiences and perceptions of children's active free play have changed over the generations, suggests a recent study out of the University of Alberta. Facilitators spoke with grandparents, parents and their kids from rural and urban communities in northern Alberta to learn about their experiences with play and why it's more difficult for kids to play today.
