TAKE ACTION TUESDAY

Take Action
Help us learn about places, spaces or initiatives that give kids opportunities for self-directed active outdoor play in your community or neighbourhood.

Why

We know that when kids are outside they move more, sit less and play longer.  We're developing a new resource to help communities and leaders make informed decisions that support and encourage self-directed play outdoors.  Your ideas will help us get started.

Get Started

It's easy!  Send us an email with your observations and suggestions. To help you get started, here are a couple things to consider:

  1. What's making it easy for kids to take part in active outdoor play in your community?
  2. Are there any lost opportunities or barriers standing in the way?
