Kids today spend less time outdoors than any generation in history.  They average over 7 hours of screen time per day - almost 67% of their day is spent connected to electronic devices.

A growing number of scientists and researchers agree kids need nature! Being active outside not only helps kids feel more confident, but just a 20 minute walk outside can improve their concentration and creative reasoning.
