60 Minute Kids' Club gets kids moving!

Congratulations to the following Saskatchewan elementary schools for completing the winter challenge:  Lipton, Kyle Composite, Walter Aseltine, Father Robinson, and Dr. John G. Egnatoff.

Kids who took part in the winter challenge not only learned about making healthy choices, they changed their habits!  Servings of fruits and vegetables, hours of sleep, and glasses of water went up and kids increased their daily physical activity from 31.8 to 43 minutes!

Want to see these healthy changes in your school?  Sign up for one or all of next school year's challenges today!  Visit http://60minkidsclub.org/  to learn more.

ICYMI: Congrats to community challenge winner Norquay!

Norquay plans to use its prize to give the local rink a face lift for skating in the winter and soccer in the spring.  Congratulations!

Saskatchewan Blue Cross and Saskatchewan in motion congratulate each of the 20 communities that took part in this year's challenge.  The community involvement and dedication of the volunteers, committees, families, parents, teachers and kids made this year's challenge a huge success.
