Our reports show that you have started to upgrade your QQEvolution or QuickFile Enterprise software. It is important that you update all of your computers with the new software to avoid service interruptions. We are in the process of upgrading our server environment and will be moving your database over the next few weeks.

Please let us know immediately if you have any Windows XP computers. These computers will NOT be able to log in to QQEvolution or QuickFile Enterprise once we move your database to the new server environment. Only computers with the latest version of the software installed will be able to connect.

If you are using Windows XP, please confirm by replying to this email by Close of Business tomorrow (12/10/2014) or your connectivity may be in jeopardy and your users unable to login.
