We have recently been notified that a few Windows XP customers are experiencing issues logging into QQEvolution and we are proactively contacting you to share and update you on this issue.

As of August 31, 2014, QQSolutions ended support for systems running Windows XP or Internet Explorer 8. As part of our commitment to you to provide safe and secure data hosting services, we must continuously update our systems with the latest security patches. A recent security update affected a few Windows XP customers running older service pack versions. Customers running Windows XP SP3 with the latest updates, were not affected.

PLANNED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

In an effort to improve overall system performance and client uptime, we are preparing the following planned maintenance interval. This will be a temporary outage followed by an email notification confirming all systems are back online and performing as normal.

If you are on a Windows-based PC and are using the Windows XP operating system, QQSolutions strongly recommends you upgrade your systems immediately to either Windows 7 or Windows 8 to avoid any known security threats or interruptions in service.

WARNING: After December 1, 2014, if you are not running Windows XP SP3 with the latest updates, or a newer operating system, you will NOT be able to log into the system.

For any of our products, including QQEvolution, QQWebRater and QQCatalyst, we can no longer guarantee that QQSolutions software will work effectively on computers running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8.
