As of April 8th, 2014, Microsoft ended support for the Windows XP platform. Due to this lack of support from Microsoft, computers running Windows XP are vulnerable from a security, stability and functionality perspective. Also, Internet Explorer 8, which was introduced in 2009, no longer works effectively on today’s networks and applications.

As of August 31, 2014, QQSolutions will no longer provide fixes to issues that are related to systems running Windows XP or Internet Explorer 8.

If you are on a Windows-based PC and are using the Windows XP operating system, QQSolutions strongly recommends you upgrade your systems immediately to either Windows 7 or Windows 8.

QQSolutions also strongly recommends that if you need to you use Internet Explorer, upgrade to the latest version. We also recommend other browsers like Firefox and Chrome.

For any of our products, including QuickFile, QQEvolution, QQWebRater^™ and QQCatalyst^®, we can no longer guarantee that QQSolutions software will work effectively on computers running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8.
