How do you promote your group's events? A hands on-overview on how to manage your group or your personal publicity work. This will include the basics of crafting press releases and media statements, as well as the best practices for handling public comment and the mainstream news media.

Heather Greene is the Managing Editor and writer for The Wild Hunt. She has served as public information officer for Covenant of the Goddess, Dogwood Local Council and has worked with Lady Liberty League as a media consultant. Her writing has appeared in Circle Magazine and various online blogs. Her professional background is in advertising, public relations and information technology. She has a master's degree in Film History and Criticism. 
Pagans & Permaculture
 
Permaculture began as a way to produce food in partnership with nature and has expanded to include other spheres of human activity including housing and even finance. It is the application of an ethic of caring for the planet and future generations that flows beautifully into Pagan values. Come and learn what makes Permaculture tick and be inspired to add it to your life.

Selina Rifkin, L.M.T., M.S. is a graduate of Temple University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 1998 she graduated from the Downeast School of Massage in Maine. She has published articles in Massage Therapy Journal, been a health columnist, and published The Referral Guide for Complementary Care, a book that describes 25 different healing modalities. In 2006 she completed her Masters program in Nutrition with a focus on traditional foods, and the work of Weston A. Price.
