Our Goal: Fill Delaware's Legislative Hall with as many survivors, advocates, and concerned citizens as possible. Help support victims of crime and the need for their rights to be protected and their voices heard!
Participants are encouraged to attend the sessions that day in the House and Senate and to schedule in advance meetings with their legislators. To learn more about who your legislators are and how to contact them, visit www.legis.delaware.gov.
We will convene at 11:30 in the Dover Police Department's Large Conference Room, located at 400 S. Queen St., Dover, DE to discuss the plan for the day. We will leave Dover PD and arrive by 12:30 at Legislative Hall, located on Legislative Ave., Dover, DE. We will need to go through a security check just inside the building. Participants must have a photo ID to enter the building. Entrance into the building is at the back that faces the green. Feel free to wear buttons or ribbons to recognize your constituency or issue.
DCADV has reserved a table for resource and informational materials. Space is extremely limited, so if you wish to have materials on the table, please contact Mariann Kenville-Moore at mkenville-moore@dcadv.org in advance.
